The spray sterilizer is mainly used for the atmospheric sterilization of various bottles, canned beverages, canned fruits and vegetables, and can also be used for the cooling of tea beverages and fruit juice beverages packed in PET polyester bottles after hot filling, and for the cooling of carbonated beverages and beer. The spray sterilization machine adopts multi-stage treatment such as circulating hot water spray sterilization, warm water pre-cooling, cold water cooling, etc., which has the advantages of saving water and heat energy. Its function is mainly composed of 3 parts: pre-heating and heating zone, constant temperature sterilization zone and cooling zone. The spray sterilizer is to transport the filled bottles sequentially by the feeding conveyor belt, and then convey them on the mesh belt by the stainless steel filter plate, and pass through 3 functional areas in turn, so that the products meet the production process requirements, and finally are conveyed by double rows. Link channel output.
The specific conditions of each functional area of the spray sterilizer:

1. Cooling zone: The function of this zone is mainly divided into 3 sections, namely the warm water cooling section and the cooling water cooling section. The cooling water cooling section is roughly equipped with 3 water tanks. The cooling water mainly comes from an external water source, and then it is connected to the cooling section above the mesh belt to spray. After spraying, it will flow into the water tank through the mesh belt, and the warm water in the water tank will be pumped to the warm water section for spraying and recycling.
2. Pre-heating and heating zone: This area is equipped with 3 preheating zones to gradually heat the bottle to the requirements of the pasteurization process to avoid damage to the taste of the material in the bottle. This functional area will also be equipped with 3 independent water tanks, which are heated by steam. It is transported by the circulating pumps to the nozzles arranged above the mesh belt, and then uniformly atomized in sequence and sprinkled on the bottle, and the warm water flows into the water tank from the mesh belt for recycling. 3. Constant temperature sterilization zone:
Two sections are set up, mainly the pasteurization zone and the constant temperature zone. There are two water tanks in this zone. After the steam is introduced into the water tank and heated to the required temperature, it is pumped to the top of the mesh belt for spraying. The method is the same as the above two. The temperature of the hot water in the sterilization zone is automatically controlled by a temperature controller, and the sterilization time is determined by the sterilization process, and it can also be changed by adjusting the speed of the stepless transmission.
