When the sensor detects a bottle, the label feeding motor starts to feed the label. When the label feeding motor receives the signal indicating that the label feeding is completed, it stops feeding the label. The label cutting motor starts to cut the label. During the label feeding and cutting process, the bottle does not stop. When the bottle pushing photoelectric sensor detects a bottle and determines that continuous production is necessary, the bottle pushing screw starts to push the bottle (the function of the bottle pushing screw is to evenly distribute bottles with uneven spacing and initial velocity), and the bottle enters the core unit of the labeling system. When the labeling photoelectric sensor detects a bottle, it immediately sends the information to the control center PLC, and the PLC sequentially and continuously issues four instructions: label feeding, positioning, label cutting, and label shooting. When the label shooting is finished, the labeling process of a bottle is completed, and then it enters the label arranging and shrinking unit.
